Lors de cet événement majeur de la FEDE, vous aurez l’occasion de participer à nos activités les plus plébiscitées :
- L’Academic dating, moment fort et plébiscité par toutes les écoles qui permet d’échanger et de créer des partenariats nationaux et internationaux
- Les rendez-vous individuels entre les écoles et les équipes de la FEDE
- Et bien sûr La Remise du Prix des Droits Humains, mettant à l’honneur les actions exemplaires des écoles et des étudiants FEDE en faveur des droits humains
Un programme d'exception
Mercredi 22 avril 2026 : Plénière d’ouverture
Avec le Professeur Raphaël Liogier, directeur de l’Institut des hautes études et de la Chaire des Transitions à l’Université Mohammed VI Polytechnique, chercheur invité à Columbia University. Auteur de “Khaos : La promesse trahie de la modernité” et du “White Paper of Transitions”, il nous livrera les clés conceptuelles pour comprendre et piloter ces transformations.

Jeudi 23 avril 2026 : Quatre tables rondes stratégiques
- Transitions pédagogiques : Comment former aux métiers qui n’existent pas encore ? Comment préparer nos formateurs à enseigner l’inconnu ? Équilibrer employabilité immédiate et adaptabilité durable.
- Transitions technologiques : Comment piloter la transformation globale de l’établissement à l’ère de l’IA ? Éviter la fracture entre gouvernance et opérationnel. Garantir une IA éthique et inclusive.
- Transitions écologiques : Comment répondre à l’urgence climatique mondiale et aux attentes massives des jeunes générations ? Former les acteurs de la transition. Transformer nos campus en modèles de durabilité.

- Academic dating, a key event for all the institutions, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas and create national and international partnerships
- Individual meetings between institutions and the FEDE teams
- And, of course, the Human Rights Prize, honouring the exemplary actions of FEDE institutions and students in favour of human rights
An exceptional programme
Wednesday 22 April 2026: Opening Plenary Session
With Professor Raphaël Liogier, Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies and of the Chair of Transitions at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, visiting researcher at Columbia University. Author of Khaos: The Betrayed Promise of Modernity and the White Paper of Transitions, he will provide us with the conceptual tools to understand and steer these transformations.

Thursday 23 April 2026: Four strategic Breakout sessions
- Pedagogical transitions: How can we train for professions that do not yet exist? How can we prepare our trainers to teach the unknown? Balancing immediate employability with long-term adaptability.
- Technological transitions: How can we manage the institution’s overall transformation in the age of AI? Avoiding the divide between governance and operations. Ensuring ethical and inclusive AI.
- Ecological transitions: How can we respond to the global climate emergency and the high expectations of younger generations? Training the actors of the transition. Transforming our campuses into models of sustainability.
- Societal and demographic transitions: How can we anticipate the geographical shifts in educational demand? Diversifying our audiences. Responding to the quest for meaning and societal impact.

LES TRANSITIONS
L'enjeu stratégique de la décennie
Transition. Ce terme résonne partout : écologique, numérique, pédagogique, sociétale. Mais au-delà du mot, c’est toute l’architecture de l’enseignement supérieur qui se trouve au cœur d’une métamorphose sans précédent.
Une transition n’est ni une simple évolution, ni une rupture brutale. C’est les deux à la fois : un passage dynamique où émergent de nouvelles possibilités, souvent imprévisibles. Un moment où l’on passe littéralement « au-delà du prévisible ».
Ces transitions ne sont pas de simples défis sectoriels. Elles constituent un moment critique où se joue la pertinence même de nos institutions. Les établissements qui sauront anticiper, comprendre et piloter ces mutations consolideront leur position. Les autres risquent l’obsolescence.
Un enjeu mondial reconnu
L’International Association of Universities a fait de ces questions ses priorités stratégiques. Lors de sa conférence de Tokyo 2024 (“University Values in a Changing World”), et dans son dernier numéro d’IAU Horizons (2025) “Transforming Our World”, les leaders internationaux convergent : les transitions constituent désormais l’agenda opérationnel des institutions d’enseignement supérieur du monde entier.
TRANSITIONS
The strategic challenge of the decade
Transition. This term resonates everywhere: ecological, digital, pedagogical, societal. But beyond the word, it is the entire architecture of higher education that finds itself at the heart of an unprecedented metamorphosis.
A transition is neither a simple evolution nor a sudden rupture. It is both at once: a dynamic passage where new possibilities emerge, often unpredictable. A moment when we literally move “beyond the foreseeable.”
These transitions are not merely sectoral challenges. They constitute a critical moment in which the very relevance of our institutions is at stake. Institutions capable of anticipating, understanding and steering these changes will consolidate their position. The others risk obsolescence.
A recognised global issue
The International Association of Universities has made these questions its strategic priorities. During its 2024 Tokyo Conference (“University Values in a Changing World”), and in its latest issue of IAU Horizons (2025) “Transforming Our World”, international leaders are converging: transitions now constitute the operational agenda of higher education institutions worldwide.

The FEDE, as an international non-governmental organisation (INGO), non-profit association and supranational body holding participatory status at the Council of Europe and official partnership status at UNESCO, puts the promotion of human rights at the heart of its educational activities.
